Just Breathe: Connection with Breath through Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork and Ice Bath

We invite you to join us for a unique experience and opportunity to re-connect with your Breath through the power of Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork and Ice Bath. release the OLD and embrace the NEW. Re-connect with your Breath and take the plunge! You owe it to yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The day will start with some gentle Yoga and Meditation practices as well as opportunities to connect and share your journey with like-minded people. After Lunch (which will be provided), Nancy will guide you through a powerful session of Breathwork which will then assist you in "taking the plunge" with what could be your very first Ice Bath experience. Don't miss out!

"Take a journey in an immersive session to support you to return to your magic and treasure within.
Breathwork is a powerful way to consciously connect holistically to your body, opening channels for emotional, mental and physical healing. It helps reduce anxiety, stress and depression and will positively change your life!!
Step into your BRAVE space, kick start your day, learn to breathe through discomfort and build resilience.
Exposure to ice cold water reduces inflammation, up-regulates and boosts your immunity. Increases your metabolic rate and your autonomic nervous system threshold for stress.
There are also studies that suggest that regular ice baths help to reduce anxiety, depression, manage PTSD triggers, and other mental and emotional disorders.

All Mats and Props are provided but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
Your swimmers/clothes to ice bath in
A towel and lots of warm clothes for afterward!
A bottle of water and snacks for after your Ice Bath experience
