Here at Bendi Yoga, we offer tailored private classes to suit the individual. You can find a blend of Asana postures with a Vinyasa type of Yoga as well as Restorative and Yin based practices all incorporating Breathwork, Meditation and Mindfulness. We encourage each individual to find a connection within and recreate this beautiful friendship with their body, mind and soul regardless of their level of practice. Bendi Yoga can guide you in building not only strength and flexibility on a physical level but also building a strong foundation for life. Practicing self-love, self-care and building confidence within yourself. We do believe in and encourage a practice on and off the mat.

Virginie Moon

Virginie started practicing Yoga 15 years ago purely as a physical practice to relieve her back pain. Working in a corporate world, she soon realized that a physical practice was not enough to help with dealing with stress and anxiety; she soon started to incorporate Meditation and Mindfulness in her daily practice and found such a profound connection with it all. Eager to share this passion of Yoga and Meditation with others, she embarked on a teaching journey in 2018 and became a qualified Yoga and Meditation instructor through Being Yoga and YogaKids Training Academy.

  • RYT-200hr Level 1 Teacher Training with Being Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga, Asana, Pranayama and Meditation

  • RYT-300hr Level 2 Teacher Training with Being Yoga: Restorative Yoga, Align & Refine, Creative & Advanced Sequencing, Chakra Vinyasa, Meditation & Mindfulness

  • RYT-50hr Level 1 & 2 Kids Yoga Teacher Training with YogaKidsTraining Academy
