Weekly Group Classes (max 10 per class):

  • Monday 6.45am: Yin

  • Monday 6.15pm: Restorative & Yoga Nidra

  • Wednesday 6.15pm: Guided Meditation & Gentle Yoga

  • Thursday 6.45am: Vinyasa

  • Saturday 7.30am: Vinyasa

$20 per class casual

$60 for x4 classes (valid for 3 months)

Mats and props provided but feel free to bring your own.

One on One Adult & Teen Classes

Classes tailored to the individual including:

  • working with you to assist with back pain

  • gaining strength and flexibility

  • assisting you in relaxing and sleeping better

  • finding more energy and managing stress

  • Building Self Confidence and Belief through positive mindset

We are offering a wide variety of Yoga practices including Vinyasa, Yin, restorative, meditation and Pranayama Breathwork and will work with you to achieve your goal.

$70 one on one Adult class / $40 one on one Teen class

Mats and props provided but feel free to bring your own.

Children & Family classes

  • Children (from 6 to 12 years old) classes (up to 3 children in one class): a fun class including introduction to breathwork ( how to identify our breath and how to use it when we’re feeling stress and anxious), Yoga poses (using stories, animal and nature references), Games and Partner Poses. A great first introduction to the benefits of Yoga early on in life.

  • Family classes: in this class, you can expect a fun interaction between parent and children; promoting healthy habits and developing strong bonds, building confidence and a strong connection. Something to look forward to every week.

Corporate Yoga classes

Classes tailored to each office or corporation needs. Some of the benefits of regularly practicing Yoga in a corporate environment include:

WHAT IS RESTORATIVE YOGA?

Restorative yoga allows for a deeper relaxation, holding fewer postures for longer periods of time, with the support of props such as bolsters and blocks.

by relaxing into each posture with the help of props, we can let go of physical, mental and emotional tensions, allowing a deeper relaxation & restoring balance within ourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR MEDITATION CLASS?

A wonderful introduction to a regular meditation practice, where we seat and bring our awareness to the body, breath, sounds and mind.

This class also includes gentle Yoga movements after the meditation practice.

WHAT IS VINYASA YOGA?

Vinyasa yoga is a stronger practice where poses are linked together using the breath with a variety of backbends, forward bends, balance, twists & standing postures. A fun and creative way to practice yoga and move the body!

WHAT IS YIN YOGA?

Yin Yoga allows for a slow and quiet practice: Focusing on lengthening & strengthening the deepest tissues & Fascias in the body, while opening up Meridians lines and finding a deeper connection with self.
